dc.description.abstract The character of chemical interaction in the Yb-As-Se ternary system was investigated by complex methods of physical-chemical analysis. The regions of the primary crystallization of the initial and obtained phases were detected. A number of physical-chemical, crystallochemical and chemical properties of the obtained phases were studied. All of the compounds obtained are prospective semiconductors with mixed chemical bonds. en_US
